As a Wedding Officiant I am there to help and assist, I will help you plan your special ceremony with care and consideration. I have been assisting couples in the Sacramento County, Roseville regions of Northern California for over 20 years to personalize their wedding ceremony to make it special and unique. I accommodate both casual and formal ceremonies based on your ideas for your special day and will work with you to make your wedding a very memorable occasion. This is your wedding and I will work with you to make sure it's all that you want it to be. Let me have the privilege of serving as your qualified wedding officiant and working with you to help you as you create the perfect wedding ceremony that will express your lives together. Pastor Frank Swastek's Bio

Frank Swastek has been a license minister for over thirty years helping people understand their position in life and sharing with them the love of God in hope that they will find His plan for their life. For 20 years he has been a university pastor/ chaplain at U of Michigan, Ann Arbor, Oakland University in Rochester Michigan and San Francisco State. From 2002 to 2012 He was the family recruiter for International students Inc. assigned to Sierra College.

Currently he is a chaplain for Eskaton Care homes and the director of Caring Hearts Ministries which helps meet the needs of people in the community in various ways.

After performing several weddings and getting great reviews he is privileged to serve people in the greater Sacramento area. He currently resides in Roseville and has been married for 32 years to his wife Mary. Together they have three children, Michael, Joel and Elizabeth.
